Custom requests may include changing the color of earring hooks, mismatching colors of each earring or installing "Clip-On" style earring hooks if possible.

Most products are customizable during or after checkout. During checkout, simply make notes in the comments section before submitting your order. Can accomodate most reasonable requests.

Custom request conversations will be done by Instagram chat or email as soon as the order is received. In most cases, photos of the finished product will be sent to confirm satisfaction before the item is shipped.

All KylieWylieCustoms products are handmade upon purchase. All items typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Returns or refunds will be credited back to original payment method at the time of purchase. Product must be returned and received in the condition it was originally mailed.

Items that arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit are eligible for a refund after photo documentation of the arrival condition has been verified.
